To guarantee exceptional service with complete transparency, we highly recommend that you read these documents thoroughly, as your agreement to them will be required during the booking process.

CONFIRMATION:
Confirmations will be emailed per reservation. To secure a vehicle and create a reservation, a major credit card is required and will be pre-authorized. By providing your credit card information, you accept these terms and conditions. Upon receiving the confirmation, please review the itinerary for accuracy, review these terms and conditions, and report any discrepancies. Acceptance of this reservation confirms and binds your agreement to all terms and conditions. MGL LIMO WORLDWIDE reserves the right to charge the entire cost of the invoice prior to the service date. If multiple transfers are booked, you will be billed separately for each transfer unless you have an account set up.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sedans and SUVs: Minimum 12-hour cancellation notice required, or the full amount will be charged.
  • Stretch & Sprinter Limos, Buses, Exotics: Minimum 1-week cancellation notice required for full refund.


PAYMENT PROCESSING
All reservations may be paid in full upon booking. Credit card information will be collected to secure your booking.
If booking within 2 weeks of your service, the full amount will be collected.
We do not accept cash as payment. Any cash given to driver considered as an extra gratuity.


RATE ESTIMATE
The rate quoted before your trip is an estimate based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Rates are subject to change and may increase if the following occur:

  •  Additional waiting time
  • Airport Meet & Greet
  • Any additional stops
  • Any incurred costs during the service/trip
  • Fees for tolls or parking


RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE VEHICLE
MGL LIMO WORLDWIDE reserves the right to substitute a vehicle for any ride, based on availability. If the reserved vehicle is unavailable, MGL LIMO WORLDWIDE will provide an upgraded vehicle at no additional cost to the customer.


PICKUP PROCEDURE
The assigned chauffeur will contact you upon arrival at the designated pickup address. Please confirm receipt of this notification.
For airport pickups, your chauffeur will provide details on where to meet, depending on your airline, domestic or international travel, and airport procedures for the specific city.


CHANGES
Any changes to your reservation require a 24-hour notice to office staff at (415) 287-2713 or
contact@blackcar.io


Do not communicate scheduling changes directly with your chauffeur.


WAIT TIME – AIRPORT PICKUP

  • Domestic Flights: 40-minute complimentary wait time after flight landing.
  • International Flights: 60-minute complimentary wait time after flight landing.


Private Charter/FBO:
30-minute complimentary wait time after flight landing. If the tail number is untraceable, the chauffeur will arrive at the FBO at the reservation pickup time.
Complimentary waiting begins at the reserved pickup time. Additional wait time will be billed in 30-minute increments based on the reserved vehicle's rate.


WAIT TIME – NON-AIRPORT PICKUP
No charge for wait time if you meet the driver within a 10-minute grace period of the designated pickup time.
Once the grace period expires, additional charges will be billed in 30-minute increments at half the hourly rate per vehicle per reservation.
If no contact is made within the grace period, you will be considered a no-show and full charges will apply.


HOURLY CHARTER
The security deposit of $600 will be pre-authorized for all hourly charter bookings. The deposit will be held for any damages, cleaning or for time extension. Refundable when trip is completed.


Additional hour charge will be added to hourly charter when exceeded booked time.
Service has to be consecutive duration, includes 200 miles per day per vehicle. Additional miles: Sedan $2 per mile, SUV and larger vehicles $3 per mile.
The vehicle must have a physical destination at all times with all stops listed in order on the paperwork.
